Nitsan Tal, DVM
Dr. Nitsan Tal, a veterinarian at Cresskill Animal Hospital, grew up in Israel and currently resides in Closter, New Jersey. She received an undergraduate degree from Tel Aviv University in 1992 and a DVM degree from Koret School of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. In addition to practicing at Cresskill Animal Hospital, Dr. Tal has also spent time practicing at Lefferts Animal Hospital in Richmond Hill, New York.
Dr. Tal's medical interests include internal medicine, endocrinology, soft tissue surgery and emergency medicine. She appreciates establishing close relationships with her clients and their pets. She also enjoys photography and spending her leisure time with her friends and family as well as her pet cat.
Joe Khodari, VMD
Dr. Joe Khodari grew up in Los Angeles, California and currently resides in Englewood, New Jersey. He received an undergraduate degree from UCLA and received a VMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the Cresskill Animal Hospital team, Dr. Khodari practiced in Los Angeles and New York City. His special interests include dentistry, surgery, and emergency medicine.
In his spare time, Dr. Khodari enjoys skiing, biking, and traveling.
Gabrielle Bruggeman, DVM
Dr. Gabrielle Bruggeman grew up in Gilbert, Arizona and currently resides in Hackensack, New Jersey. She received an undergraduate degree from The University of Arizona and earned her DVM degree from St. George's University. Her special interests include dermatology, surgery, and companion exotic animals.
Outside of work, Dr. Bruggeman enjoys traveling, hiking with my dog, reading, and volunteering. She has a dog named Olivia and a cat named Ben.
Joy Micale, DVM
Dr. Joy Micale has been practicing Veterinary Medicine for over 30 years. A native of Hoboken, Dr. Micale has resided in Demarest since 1989. She has a degree in biology from Pace University in Manhattan and a D.V.M. degree from Araneta University in the Philippines. Her medical interests include orthopedic surgery and delicate cosmetic surgery for the eyes.
Dr. Micale is an avid golfer. She is passionate about horses and loves equestrian sports. For many years she has been taking classes in ballroom, country and Latin dancing.
